My focus in my practice includes (but not limited to) nutrition and supplements, Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, herbal medicine, homeopathy, detoxification, and lifestyle coaching. I have additional training in BioEnergetic Intolerance Elimination (BIE), Total Body Modification (TBM) and NeuroEmotionalTechnique (NET)

My main interests are in allergies (digestive, seasonal and more), women’s health, mental and emotional lifestyle counseling, digestive disorders and pediatric health.
