What We’re Looking For:
• A licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Canada (preferred Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, or New Brunswick) who is passionate about women’s health and is ready to make a difference.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience with deep knowledge of naturopathic principles and treatment modalities, particularly hormone therapy and menopause management.
• Expertise in crafting personalized treatment plans, diagnosing complex health issues, and providing patient-centered care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients while being a supportive, trusted member of a collaborative team.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in electronic medical records systems and Microsoft Office.
• A commitment to upholding the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine's Standards of Professional Conduct.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual assessments for women seeking comprehensive health, wellness, and menopause care, creating tailored treatment plans rooted in naturopathic principles.
• Provide guidance on hormone therapy, supplementation, and holistic health practices to support women during midlife.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and foster a holistic approach to health.
• Accurately document patient interactions in electronic medical records and ensure high-quality charting standards.
• Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute ideas to improve patient care and service offerings.
• Mentor and support clients and colleagues, fostering a positive, empathetic, and collaborative work environment.

Work Location:
• Remote: This is a work-from-home position, so you'll need a quiet, private space and reliable internet to excel in this role.

Other Considerations:
• While we’re based in Ontario, our clients span the entire nation. We welcome applicants who can offer flexibility and cater to clients from coast to coast.
• Part-time commitment of approximately 20 hours per week. We understand life changes—so flexibility is built into this role.
• Licensing Support: If you are already licensed in one of the provinces mentioned, we will support you in obtaining additional licenses for complementary provinces, expanding your ability to help more women across Canada.
