Thrive in your practice in beautiful Kelowna BC! We are a sunny, passionate and professional group of practitioners located in the Landmark District, in the heart of Kelowna. This position is a special opportunity to practice both in person and virtually, with full administrative support (in-person and virtual), direct billing for your clients, IV nursing staff and IV lounge for your infusions, mentoring from our experienced ND, access to functional microscopic analysis to support and motivate your clients, and an amazing team of practitioners to work alongside.

Hybrid Opportunities
We are expanding to create and build an innovative remote naturopathic structure in the near future and will be offering opportunities to join our virtual platform as well. You will be able to work from home and the clinic in a schedule that works for your work life balance.
Complete Administrative Support
Our administrative support includes full clinic reception, scheduling, patient calls, emails and text support, direct billing for your clients, charting support and practice flow. You won’t need to handle discussing supplement prices, lab process, shipping kits, scheduling logistics, IV referrals, scanning documents, processing samples. Our team is well trained, super organized and proficient in naturopathic support. We have spent hours and hours developing systems to support our NDs.
IV lounge with Trained IV nurses
We have two ER nurses and an IV lounge set up to support your patients and your practice growth. Mentoring and Practice Success Our ND, Dr. Haile Michaelson has practiced since 2010 and is exceptionally successful. She built a full practice with us in record time, has owned and managed clinics in the past and mentored many new associates. Her system of practice has proven to be successful, and patients are motivated and see great results. We are currently dealing with long waitlists and when you join us you will have Dr, Haile there with you to collaborate with and support you.
Clinic Atmosphere & Location
Many practitioners have gone to small offices with no reception and no cohesive supportive feel. Every day we are told how beautiful the clinic is and how much people love coming in. Post-covid people are truly grateful to connect face to face at times, and at Landmark Wellness, when they walk in, the space is warm, soothing and full of connection. We are located in the Landmark district, at the core of Kelowna accessible easily from all directions, with free parking.

• Organized – You are organized and on top of communication with our patient care co-ordinators and admin team. You are committed to quick replies and ensuring the whole system of patient care works well.
• Professional, calm and confident - You are a team player, do not engage in drama, and are able to stay calm in a quiet atmosphere, supporting the overall feel of our clinic.
Your Role As part of the Landmark Wellness team, you will:
• Conduct in-person sessions in the clinic with opportunity to expand to our virtual platform / hybrid opportunities.
• Develop high-quality, personalized treatment plans using the model we have set up.
• Use JaneApp to document patient charts, order labs, and prescribe supplements promptly and accurately. What You’ll Need
• A license to practice as a Naturopathic Doctor in BC (CNPBC)
• Certifications in IV Therapy and Prescribing
• Availability for at least 2-3 shifts/week in-clinic with options to add shifts virtual in a new platform near future
• A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for patient-centered care.
• For virtual sessions: access to high-speed internet, a professional resolution HD webcam, and a professional, distraction-free background and workspace. Nice-to-Haves • 2+ years of naturopathic experience, including telemedicine.
• New grads with willingness to learn are welcome!
