Maternity Leave Locum Opportunity in Victoria, BC – Ideal start date June 1st 2024

We are looking for a registered Naturopathic Doctor to cover a maternity leave for a part-time, general care practice; majority of patients are digestive health, autoimmunity, and peri- and post-menopausal health.

The ideal ND would be someone who:
• Can offer both in-person and virtual naturopathic care
• Can stay on for 4 months with the possibility of an extension
• Has prescribing rights and IV certification – iron IV administration a plus but not required
• Ideally has experience with prescribing bio-identical hormones for menopause (or willing to learn)
• Practice acupuncture (not a deal-breaker)

Schedule
- One day per week at Evergreen Wellness Centre located in Gordon Head neighbourhood. The day you work is flexible Tuesday to Friday – with the opportunity to increase your hours.
- Mondays at Coastal Roots Health Centre located in the Selkirk Waterfront

The clinics will provide you with:
• Online booking and EMR with Jane App
• Onsite dispensary, stocked IV room / supplies
• Administrative assistance

I will be available to introduce you to the clinics, patients and admin staff through the month of May, and will be available for support and mentorship while I am away.
